- Quantities calculated from the ship’s tank tables
- ROB statement signed by the Master and the surveyor
What you receive

Questions
Why do an on-hire and off-hire survey?
So that both sides agree what the ship looked like, and what was in her tanks, at delivery and at redelivery. Without it, claims for damage or bunkers at the end of a charter rest on memory.
Can one survey serve both owners and charterers?
Yes, if both sides agree to a joint survey. Otherwise we act for the side that appoints us.
What if there was no on-hire survey?
We compare with any records and photos available. Without an on-hire report, the off-hire report stands on its own as the record at redelivery.
Where can you survey?
From Riga across Latvian ports and the Baltic Sea region, and worldwide on request. Partner surveyors can cover jobs in Norway, the Mediterranean and Asia.
How much does it cost?
We quote per request, based on the ship, the port and the dates. Send the details below and we reply within one working day.
